Do you walk on or pressure wash my roof?
We use low-pressure soft-wash application and minimize foot traffic on the roof. We never high-pressure wash shingles — that strips the protective granules and can void your warranty.
Will roof cleaning void my shingle warranty?
No — soft washing is the method recommended by shingle manufacturers and the ARMA. It's improper pressure washing that voids warranties, not a proper soft wash.
How soon will the streaks be gone?
Many stains lift during the service; some continue to fade over the following days as the treatment and rain finish the job.
How long does a roof cleaning last?
Typically several years. In heavy-growth areas, adding zinc or copper strips along the ridge can extend the results further.
My roof is steep or two stories — is that a problem?
