Instant quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be confirmed on site before work begins if conditions differ materially from what was described (for example, unusual access, surface condition, or square footage). We will communicate any change before starting the job.

Some services may require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied to the total cost of your service. Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather or scheduling; we will notify you of any change.

Please contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule service due to weather or conditions that make cleaning unsafe or ineffective.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to pay the amounts due for services rendered. Any applicable taxes and fees will be included in your total.

If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive appointment, quote, and service messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We take care to protect your property and perform quality work. Except as required by law, our services are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or damage caused by conditions outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.
